Vantip is hiring sports betting tipsters to write original picks and help shape our AI-generated tips before they reach subscribers. If you know the game and know value, we want you on the team.

What You'll Do

Full analysis, your own pick, using your own read on the match — across any sport you know well.

Review Auto-Drafts

AI drafts are assigned to you automatically, split equally between all tipsters. Polish them before they go live — check accuracy, tighten the writing, fix what needs fixing.

How Pay Works

$0.50

per polished AI draft

$1.50

per original tip

1.Drafts are assigned automatically and split equally between all tipsters — if you are the only one, they are all yours.

2.You polish your assigned drafts or write original tips in the Tipster panel.

3.Every piece of work is checked and approved by Vantip. Only approved work is paid.

4.Approved work is totalled each calendar month and paid in USD within 30 days of month-end (net 30), with an itemised statement. Bank or payment-provider fees are borne by the tipster.

5.You work as a freelancer (self-employed) and are responsible for your own taxes. Quarterly performance bonuses follow the published criteria.

Fixed, transparent pay in USD: $0.50 for every AI draft you polish and $1.50 for every original tip you write — paid for all work we approve.

Profitable original tips over a calendar quarter earn a bonus of $10, $20 or $35 on top of the standard rates, depending on your ROI. Minimum volume and approval rate apply, and the bonus appears as a separate line on your statement.

What We're Looking For

✓Real experience with sports betting or tipping — you understand odds, value, and how to reason through a pick.

✓Strong knowledge of at least several of the sports we cover — the more, the better.

✓Excellent written English. Subscribers pay specifically for the analysis you write.

✓Attention to detail — a real part of this role is catching mistakes in AI-generated content, not just writing your own.

✓Reliable and able to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Nice to Have

+A public or otherwise verifiable tipping track record.

+Familiarity with multiple bookmakers / odds formats.

+Comfort working with sports statistics and data.
