Vantip (vantip.com) is operated by Claudiu Ciprian Dan, a sole trader (Einzelunternehmer) registered in Austria, with a registered address at Perfektastrasse 21/2/23, 1230 Vienna, Austria. Full contact and business details are on our Contact page. These Terms are an agreement between you and Claudiu Ciprian Dan, trading as Vantip.
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using Vantip, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vantip. If the minimum age or legal status for accessing sports-betting-related information is higher where you live, you must meet that higher requirement instead. You are responsible for making sure that using an informational sports-tips service, and any wagering you choose to do elsewhere, is lawful in your own country, state, or province.
Vantip is an information and analysis service. We publish sports betting tips, statistics, and commentary generated by an AI system, by human tipsters, or both. Nothing on Vantip is financial advice, a recommendation to place any specific bet, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past results shown on our Track Record Dashboard or elsewhere do not predict future results. All betting carries a real risk of financial loss, and any decision to bet is yours alone.
AI-generated tips are drafted from real fixture data, form, and market odds using an AI model, and are labelled "Vantip AI". Every AI-drafted tip is reviewed before publication — normally by Vantip's founder personally; on occasion, where a batch of drafts has already been checked by an experienced hired tipster, the founder gives final approval to publish without re-reviewing each one individually. Independent human tipsters may also submit and publish tips under their own name, tracked separately in our Track Record Dashboard. No tip, however it was produced or reviewed, is a guarantee of any result.
When you create an account you must confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not share your paid subscription access with anyone else.
The Free plan costs nothing, requires no payment details, and has no end date. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly through Stripe and include a 7-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time before then at no cost. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. The Lifetime Pro plan is a one-time payment of €79 that grants permanent Pro access with no recurring charges and no trial period. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content or services without giving a reason. Because a Vantip subscription gives you immediate access to premium tips, at checkout you are asked to expressly confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose this withdrawal right once the subscription begins. Vantip displays banners and links from betting operators as a paid affiliate partner. These are clearly marked as advertisements. Clicking through and registering or depositing with a partner may earn Vantip a commission, at no extra cost to you. This never influences which tips we publish or how we rate them. Because betting-operator licensing is country-specific, some affiliate banners are automatically hidden from visitors browsing from countries where that operator is not authorized to operate. You agree not to: scrape, mass-download, or automate the collection of tip data; resell, redistribute, or publish Vantip content elsewhere without written permission; reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform; share paid-tier login access with people outside your own account; or use Vantip for any unlawful purpose.
The Vantip name, branding, website design, and all tip text, analysis, and statistics we publish are owned by Claudiu Ciprian Dan or licensed to Vantip. You may view and use this content personally; you may not copy or republish it commercially without permission.
Vantip is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tip will be accurate or profitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claudiu Ciprian Dan is not liable for any financial losses, lost winnings, or other damages arising from your use of Vantip or from any bet you place with a third-party operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, including sharing access, scraping, or fraudulent payment activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@vantip.com; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterward.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you normally live. Any dispute we cannot resolve informally may be brought before the competent courts of Vienna, Austria, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence instead.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service or to the law. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Vantip after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
