These Tipster Terms apply to individuals who write original tips for Vantip or review and polish AI-generated drafts ("Tipsters"). They sit alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which also apply to your use of Vantip. Vantip is operated by Claudiu Ciprian Dan, a sole trader registered in Austria (see our Contact page for full details).
Tipsters work on a freelance, self-employed basis. You are not an employee of Vantip, there is no minimum or guaranteed amount of work, and you decide how much of the available work you take on. You are responsible for your own taxes, social-security contributions and any registrations that apply to you where you live.
Pay is a fixed fee per approved piece of work, in US dollars (USD): • Polished draft — $0.50 for each AI-generated draft that you review and improve and that Vantip approves. • Original tip — $1.50 for each original tip, with its own analysis, that you submit and that Vantip approves. Pay is not linked to subscriber numbers or subscription revenue. The rate that applies to a piece of work is the rate in force when you submit it. Vantip may change these rates for future work; we will tell you before a change takes effect.
AI-generated drafts that are waiting for review are assigned to Tipsters automatically and split equally between all Tipsters who are receiving drafts. If there is only one Tipster, that Tipster receives all of them; with two Tipsters the drafts are shared equally between the two, and so on. Assigned drafts appear in your Review queue in the Tipster panel, and you can only edit drafts assigned to you. You are not obliged to work on every draft, but a draft you do not review before its match starts earns nothing.
Every piece of work you submit is checked by Vantip before it counts. Vantip may approve it or reject it, for example for factual errors, weak or copied analysis, wrong odds or breach of these Terms. Only approved work is paid. Rejected work earns nothing; where a polished draft is rejected before its match has started you may revise and re-submit it. Approval for payment is separate from publication: Vantip decides whether and when your tips are published, and always gives final approval before a tip you submit, or a draft you polish, goes live.
Approved work is totalled by calendar month (Vienna time), counted in the month it was approved. After each month ends, Vantip sends an itemised statement of approved work and any adjustments, and pays the total for that month in USD within 30 days after the end of that month (net 30). The payout method is agreed with you before your first payout. Fees charged by banks or payment providers for the transfer are borne by the Tipster and may be deducted from the payment.
On top of the standard rates, Tipsters can earn a quarterly performance bonus for consistent, profitable original tips (polished AI drafts do not count). To qualify for a calendar quarter (Vienna time) you need at least 45 counted original tips that settled in the quarter, at least 90% of your submitted original tips approved, and no breach of your Tipster Agreement that we have notified in writing. ROI is measured at a flat 1-unit stake per tip at the odds published on Vantip; voided tips are excluded, and only tips at odds of 1.50 or higher count. • ROI from 0% to under 5% — $10 • ROI from 5% to under 10% — $20 • ROI of 10% or more — $35 A quarter below 0% ROI earns no bonus and never reduces fees already earned. The bonus is paid with the monthly payment due after the quarter is closed, shown as a separate line on your statement. We may withhold a bonus where results were manipulated and will explain why in writing, and we may change the scheme for future quarters with notice before the quarter starts. Vantip may also correct a statement, for example to fix an error or reverse a payment made in error.
Original tips you submit are published under your own name and count toward your public track record on Vantip (win rate, ROI and settled results), which includes losses as well as wins. AI drafts that you polish remain labelled as Vantip AI tips. Results are recorded as they settle and are not edited to flatter anyone.
You agree to: write your own original analysis and not copy from other tipsters or publications; never promise or guarantee results; keep your login to yourself; keep non-public Vantip information, including tips before publication, confidential; be at least 18 years old; and follow responsible-gambling principles. You may use the AI assistance included in the Tipster panel to help draft, but you remain responsible for what you submit.
You keep the rights to your own work. You give Vantip a worldwide, non-exclusive right to edit, publish, display, archive and promote the content you submit through Vantip and its channels (for example the website, newsletters, social media and Telegram), including after our working relationship ends, in connection with the tips and track records already published.
We process Tipster data — your account, submitted work, approvals and payout records — as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Work already approved is still paid in the normal monthly payout. Vantip may suspend or remove Tipster access immediately where these Terms are breached, including for plagiarism, sharing access or misrepresenting results.
