Every settled tip is public on the track record.
This looks like ALCS Game 6 at Tropicana Field, with Cleveland facing elimination. The Rays send Freddy Peralta, who has been dominant in eight starts since the end of August. That includes a 0.99 ERA across five starts at the Rays' park, with 26 strikeouts against eight walks in that stretch. Cleveland has said its ace Gavin Williams can't pitch on short rest. The Guardians will instead piece the game together from the bullpen, possibly starting with Slade Cecconi and leaning on Cantillo and Bibee. Many of their relievers pitched heavily in Game 4 and may be limited. The Rays also have a settled late-inning group, with Bryan Baker closing and Seymour, Booser, Kelly and Wells in support. The independent model leans to Cleveland at about 54%, and I disagree with it here. It is built on general form and standings, and it doesn't capture this starter-versus-bullpen-game mismatch. The market's price already reflects much of this, so I see only a small edge for Tampa Bay.
